Terms of Use

humanaizer.io (the "Service") is a SaaS platform for AI-assisted SEO content: it researches keywords, generates and optimizes on-brand articles, runs them through quality control, and publishes them to the targets you connect (such as WordPress) on a schedule you set, or exports them for manual publishing.

To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account information and your saved content. You may not share your account with others. Users under the age of 18 may not use the Service.

The Free plan is free of charge. The Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All paid subscriptions include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund; for the cancellation flow and refund terms, review the Refund Policy page.

You are the sole owner of all content you generate through the Service. We access your content only to provide the service; we do not share it with third parties, and we do not use it to train models. If you delete your account, all of your content is irreversibly deleted within 30 days.

You may not use the Service to do the following:

• Generate or distribute illegal content,
• Infringe copyright / intellectual property rights,
• Generate spam, malware, or phishing,
• Generate harassment, hate speech, or child abuse content,
• Generate, refine, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW (not-safe-for-work) adult content,
• Reverse-engineer the Service or overload it with automated scraping.

In the event of a violation, we may suspend or close your account without warning.

We provide the Service "as is." You are responsible for the accuracy, fitness for purpose, copyright status, and consequences of AI-generated content. The Company cannot be held liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from service disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid to the Company in the last 12 months.

We may add new features, modify existing ones, or withdraw them when necessary. Significant changes are communicated to your account email.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. The rights of users with consumer status arising from Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved.
