Refund Policy

humanaizer.io, operated by DEDE IST CONS - FZCO, offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee on all paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.

0114-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Guarantee

Within 14 days of your purchase you may request a full refund of the amount you paid, for any reason and with no conditions whatsoever. This right applies regardless of whether you have used the service — including if you have generated content with AI or used API keys. No exceptions, restrictions, or deductions are applied to a refund request.

02How to Request a Refund

Simply send a short email to destek@humanaizer.io stating your purchase; you can also request a refund directly via the link in the Paddle receipt sent to you. Requests are approved within 2 business days at the latest.

03Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method used for the purchase. The transaction is usually completed within 5-10 business days; we accept no responsibility for delays caused by your bank or card provider.

04Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Account → Plan & Billing → Cancel subscription (or the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt).
  2. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; when the period ends you move to the free (Free) plan.
  3. The 14-day refund guarantee is independent of cancellation: if you are within the first 14 days you can get a full refund whether or not you cancel.
