Do you ask for card details on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan asks for no card details at all; you can use it indefinitely with a quota of 1 piece of content / month. The card step appears when you upgrade to Pro or Max.
Do I need to share my AI API key with you?
No. All plans use a DeepSeek key from a shared pool — you don't need to add your own. Every key we use is encrypted with Fernet and stored; it can never be viewed as plain text anywhere.
Where can I publish the content I generate?
WordPress, Webflow, Ghost and Strapi adapters are currently active. Add your publishing target in the panel (REST API key) and send with one click once content is ready_to_publish. HTML/.txt download is always available for other CMSs.
Can I still publish content that doesn't pass quality control?
Yes. The final quality gate defaults to "warn" mode — failing checks are visible but the content still moves to publish-ready. You can switch on strict mode (block) in settings if you prefer.
Which languages do you support?
TR, EN, ES, AR, FR, DE, PL, RO, PT, IT. Each language has its own AI pattern library and refine prompts; content is generated from scratch in your chosen language — it's not a translation add-on.
What happens when the monthly limit is reached?
On the Free plan you'll see a "quota reached" warning once you hit 3 articles; new generation is blocked. Pro / Team reset automatically at month end. If you'd like, you can do a temporary top-up between monthly quotas.
How long is my data stored?
Unlimited while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete all content + API keys + payment records within 30 days (except billing records under legal retention obligations — 10 years).
What happens if I want to cancel?
One-click cancel from the panel — your subscription stays active until the end of the period, then drops to Free. Your content is preserved. Refund policy has its own page.
What do I need to add users / seats?
On the Team plan the number of seats depends on your plan limit. Go to team settings in the panel and invite by email — the user is added automatically when they sign up. Multi-user is off on the Free / Pro plans.
Is there webhook or API access?
We currently support outbound webhooks for publish-ready content (Zapier, Make, your own server). REST API access is on the Team plan; it runs over OAuth2 + IP allowlist.
