Workspace & Teams: Create Content Together With Your Team

Invite teammates, authorize them with roles, and work together on a single shared quota.

What it does

Workspace & Teams turns humanaizer from a single-person tool into a shared team environment. In a multi-seat workspace, several people work together on the same content, brands, and settings.

You invite teammates by their email addresses and assign each one a role. Roles carry granular permissions, so you decide exactly what each person can see and do.

Everyone in the workspace shares a single quota. Generation volume is managed centrally; instead of each person juggling a separate limit, the team draws from one pool. This capability is part of the Team plan.

Why it matters

Content production is rarely a one-person job; strategy, generation, and approval often fall to different people. A shared workspace gathers that collaboration in one place and frees you from scattered accounts.

Roles with granular permissions give everyone the right level of access. One person might only generate content while another manages settings and billing; the team scales safely without opening unnecessary access.

A shared quota makes volume easy to forecast and manage. Because the team spends from one pool, you track a single production budget instead of monitoring a separate limit for every seat.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Open the Workspace page

Go to the Workspace section in your dashboard. Here you see current members, their roles, and shared quota usage.

  2. 2

    Invite a teammate

Use the invite option and enter the person's email address; humanaizer sends an invitation to join the workspace.

  3. 3

    Assign a role

Choose a role — which carries granular permissions — for the invited teammate; this determines what they can see and do.

  4. 4

    Review the permissions

Check the privileges the role carries; adjust content generation, settings, and management access to match your teammate's responsibilities.

  5. 5

    Monitor the shared quota

From the Workspace page, track how much generation volume the team is using from the single shared pool.

  6. 6

    Manage memberships as needed

Update privileges as roles change, or remove access for people who no longer work with you; the workspace always stays current.

Tips

  • Give each teammate only the permissions their job requires; the least-privilege approach keeps your workspace secure.
  • Send invitations to work email addresses rather than personal ones to keep membership tracking clear.
  • Monitor the shared quota regularly and plan generation volume around team needs early.
  • Reflect role changes promptly; keep permissions current for anyone whose responsibilities shift.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add my teammates?

From the Workspace page you invite a person by their email address. Once they accept, they join your workspace and start working under the role you assigned.

Can I control what each member can do?

Yes. You assign each member a role with granular permissions, letting you decide who can generate content, manage settings, and what they can see.

Is the quota separate per user or shared?

Everyone in the workspace uses a single shared quota. The team works from one pool, so you manage generation volume centrally.

Which plan includes team features?
